March 1st will see us hitting the stage with debuting a new song or two, alongside Selve and Brave Daisy.

Come down and kick your weekend off correctly, let your hair down, shake your tail, however you do your thing we want to see it!

We are proud to be kicking our year off supporting the amazing Nice Biscuit, the night is set to take place deep in the heart of Fortitude Valley’s finest establishment; Black Bear Lodge.

We’ve been huge fans of Nice Biccy for a long, long time and are smitten to be sharing a stage with them. Get down early to see Arugula and ourselves firing up the night!

We are extremely delighted to be supporting NZ’s finest Daily J, on July 6th, it’s going to be a huge night in Brisbane at The Zoo.

We’ll be kicking off the night so get down early, playing with alongside Lazy Ghost.

We are going to be hitting The Triffid’s stage in full force for Brisbane BurgerFest, June 24th will see the finest Burger Barons of Brisbane grilling up while some amazing acts perform live.

Dinner and a show? Only a fool would miss this one…

As the year begins to wrap up here we are again, packing it in and heading up the highway to the big smoke, Brisbane. This show is going to be distinctly different and signals a new chapter in the EchoWave lineage, we’ve been trying out new tracks, and reworking some from our EP’s of yesteryear.

Carriers Creek has promised to cut the tape off the night with a dose of sonic exploration, and we are very chuffed to be sharing the night with Brisbane’s very own Sugar Leaves, hot off of their Late Nights tour with a new single ‘Clear Blue Water’.

In collaboration with Valley Fiesta, Greaser will be throwing a halloween party like no other!

Across two days, we're bringing out the iconic "Garage" stage to double our capacity and double the bender. We've got 16+ bands across two days, DJ's, food, beers & so much more. Stumble down the iconic Greaser laneway to discover the absolute finest in up & coming, Brisbane talent.

Headlining the FRIDAY will be a DJ set from legendary Brisbane giants, DZ Deathrays. With their pedigree touring across Australia, Europe, UK & the US, they'll be bringing you the tracks that shaped their late nights and early mornings. Share their musical journey from stage to dance floor.

Closing off the party on SATURDAY will be Tasmanian punk sweethearts The Sleepyheads - who've turned heads across the country with heart-on-their-sleeves style performances throughout their appearances at festivals: Falls Festival, One Night Stand, Party In The Paddock & so many more.

Supported by 14+ local acts over two days, this is as big as we've gone at Greaser - get down and let's celebrate!

175 days have passed since the last EchoWave song was released, where those days went I have no idea but what I can say is that we are so excited to finally be able to share this song with you, it’s been a long time coming.

Brisbane holds a special place in our hearts, it’s where we played our first show and since then have spent countless night bopping around the valley. It’s only natural that we would bring the launch to our home away from home, I’m happy to say that on April 18th the gorgeous Black Bear Lodge are opening their doors to us! Along side us will be two of our favourite acts, Big Blue Eyes and Monet’s Pond. I call upon the creatures surrounding Wickham Street to descend upon this night to share this moment with us, or forever hold regret.

175 days have passed since the last EchoWave song was released, where those days went I have no idea but what I can say is that we are so excited to finally be able to share this song with you, it’s been a long time coming. I’ll Be Your Friend has been part of our live set since September last year and when Sam first presented us with the demo cut of the song we all had a feeling that it was something special, we’ve had to adapt and grow to keep up with arrangements of the latest recordings, it’s been challenging but extremely gratifying to be able to deliver the music on stage.

To celebrate the journey that we’ve travelled while this song grew into its final form we are going to be hitting the stage at Elsewhere on Cavill Avenue, in all it’s greasy glamour, that to us represents what the Gold Coast truly is about. Opening the night will be the purest custodians of our town; Smells Like Nanna’s House who have been hosting monthly events for their residency in collaboration with Tiny Minds Agency. Making their debut performance will be Carrier’s Creek, an unsettlingly familiar trio that was forged in the outer reaches of this city where the city lights can only be seen from the mountaintops.

It’s going to be sweaty and sticky, you are going to love every second of it. Clear your calendars, tell your parents, this is the one to see, the be all end all. Hope to see you there!

EchoWave is the solo studio project of Sam Croaker from the Gold Coast. Heavily inspired by the late 60s psych-pop and the early 70s power pop movement.
